Summary of GMR Airports IPO
GMR Airports Limited is soon going to release an IPO buy mid-year. The main purpose of releasing this IPO is to fulfill its equity commitment and debt reduction. GMR Airports Limited is one of the subsidiary of GMR Infrastructure Limited. GMR Airports Ltd is a New Delhi based company that operates one of the largest airports in India. As of now GMR Airports Ltd share movement is going great and the possibilities of benefits from this IPO is higher.
In the coming future India will require around $45 Billion by 2030 to construct airports for 500 to 600 million capacity to construct 55 new airports (according to CAPA). GMR is set to build a new airport in Goa this year probably that may cost around Rs 3000 crore. The company is looking to raise 3000 to 5000 crore through this IPO. Perhaps, the annual revenue cross around Rs 6,000 crore.
