Silver Pearl Hospitality IPO – Summary
Their Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal dated January 31, 2011 with the name ‘Silver Pearl Commercial Private Limited’.
Their Company was converted into to a public limited company and the name of their Company was changed to ‘Silver Pearl Commercial Private Limited’ by a special resolution passed on November 18, 2013.
A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued on November 26, 2013 by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, the name of their Company was changed to “Silver Pearl Hospitality & Luxury Spaces Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name dated January 3, 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.

They are a hospitality company and operate in the mid-priced hotel sector, consisting of the upper-midscale, midscale and economy hotel segment.
Their current properties are located in Rakchham, Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh. Rakchham village is located in Sangla Tehsil of Kinnaur district in Himachal Pradesh, India. Rakchham village is around 10 km from Chitkul and around 12 km from Sangla and is located between the two.
Their first hotel property started operations in FY 19-20. They also operate a café at Rakchham. All their hotels, cafes and restaurants are operated under the brand name “Osiya”. They provide authentic hospitality and give their guests a localized and memorable experience.
They seek to cater to family as well as adventure loving guests and deliver differentiated yet superior service offerings, with a value-for-money proposition. Currently, they are operating with 36 rooms in 4 properties.
