It is mainly engaged in the business of construction of residential, industrial and commercial properties. Consequent upon conversion into Public Limited Company the name of the Company was changed to ‘Nice Projects
Limited’ and fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana, on
February 21, 2018.
Company has successfully handled various types of construction and related activities and some of them are:
- Housing Projects, Multi Storied and High rise buildings.
- Office Complexes, Institutional Buildings, Labs & Lecture theatres .
- Auditorium Buildings & Conference halls.
- Construction of Mall cum Multiplex .
- Construction of Warehouse and Allied Buildings.

- Dairy Projects

For the period ended December 31, 2017, FY 2016-17 and FY 2015-16, its revenue from operations was 11,007.44, 8,611.04 and 8,988.8 3 respectively and for the period ended December 31, 2017, FY 2016-17 and FY 2015-16 company’s net profit was 349.43 ,331.37 and 181.84 respectively.
