Their Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in name and style of “Didwaniya Yarn Exports Private Limited” on December 24, 2003 under the Companies Act, 1956 bearing Corporate Identification Number U17111MH2003PTC143645 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
Prakashchandra Didwaniya, Prashant Didwaniya and Chandabai Didwaniya were the original Promoters and subscribers of the Company at the time of incorporation. Further, the name of their Company was changed to “Le Merite Exports Private Limited” and a special resolution was passed by the Shareholders of the Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on August 07, 2004
