Their Company was originally incorporated on March 10, 2017, as a Private Limited Company as “Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Private Limited” vide Registration No. 101287 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, Karnataka.
Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 6, 2022, their Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company.
