Where to find an IPO Application Form?

An Investor can take their IPO Application Forms from the closest stock broker office or from the syndicate member offices such as banks and financial institutions. The list of all the syndicate members of an IPO will be seen in IPO Prospectus. These forms are available for free and can be submitted to any stock broker or bank.
