Can a 18 Year old Apply for an IPO?

Some issuer companies can allow minors to bid for their shares in an IPO.  you can check if a minor can apply under “who can apply” section of the IPO prospectus.Also the Indian national residents who are living  in India and are above 18 can bid in the name of their minor family members in joint names. Bt not more than three can bid the names.
