Nj Wealth PMS Fee Structure or Commission Slabs
The Fees Structure of NJ Advisor PMS is stated here below:
|Commission / Fees Structure|
|Profit Sharing% Commission||Yes|
Their fees or commission is classified into 3 types of categories.
NJ Wealth PMS Prepaid Commission
As the word says the Management Fees or Commission needs to be paid in advance before commencing the tenure. In this model a very low commission is charged as compared to other models.
|Prepaid Commission (Yearly)|
|Investment – 25L – 50L||1.3% of Investment|
|Investment – 50L – 1 Cr.||1.2% of Investment|
|Investment – 1 Cr. – 5 Cr.||1.1% of Investment|
|Investment – 5 Cr. Plus||1.0% of Investment|
The Prepaid Commission model of NJ India PMS depends on the amount of Investment made. If you invest somewhere in between Rs.25 Lakh up to Rs.50 Lakh then the prepaid commission required to paid will be 1.3% of the Investment.
When you invest in between Rs.50 Lakh to Rs.1 Crore, the prepaid commission would be 1.2% of total investment. For an investment of more than Rs.1 Crore and up to Rs.5 Crore, the prepaid fee charged by them is 1.1% of the total investment.
When the investment is of above Rs.5 Crore, then the management fees would be 1.0% of the amount invested.
Nj Wealth PMS Volume% Commission
Here the Fees Structure depends on the total number of transactions done by the Fund Manager along with other factors like market condition and other aspect of investment. You are likely to pay a higher amount of commission in this type of model.
|Volume% Commission (Yearly)|
|Transaction Volume – 25L – 50L||0.13% of Total Transaction Volume|
|Transaction Volume – 50L – 1 Cr.||0.12% of Total Transaction Volume|
|Transaction Volume – 1 Cr. – 5 Cr.||0.11% of Total Transaction Volume|
|Transaction Volume – 5 Cr. Plus||0.10% of Total Transaction Volume|
The commission amount here depends on the market situation and how faithful is your Fund Manager. For a yearly transaction volume in between Rs.25 Lakh to Rs.50 Lakh, the Management fees applicable would be 0.13% of total transaction volume.
If the transaction value is in between Rs.50 Lakh to Rs.1 Crore, then a fee of 0.12% of total transaction amount needs to be paid. For a high transaction volume the commission would be less i.e. if the transaction volume is above Rs.1 Crore and up to Rs.5 Crore, the charges are 0.11% of the total volume.
For any transaction volume exceeding the value of above Rs.5 Crore, the Management fees charged is 0.10% of total transaction volume.
Nj Wealth PMS Profit Sharing% Commission
This is one of the most suitable model for any investor. In this type of model the Management fee is paid only after the profit is realized. But the percentage of the commission is very high and at the same time the risk involved is pretty low over here.
|Profit Sharing% Commission (Yearly)|
|Profit Amount – 2.5L – 5L||23% of Profit|
|Profit Amount – 5L – 10L||22% of Profit|
|Profit Amount – 10L – 50L||21% of Profit|
|Profit Amount – 50L Plus||20% of Profit|
The clients generally prefer to take this model because it totally depends on the performance of the portfolio.
The profit sharing is 23% for a portfolio that gains profit in a range between Rs.2.5 Lakh up to Rs.5 Lakh. 22% of the Profit needs to be shared for the profit range in between Rs.5 Lakh to Rs.10 Lakh.
If you achieve profit like Rs.10 Lakh to Rs.50 Lakh, the profit sharing is 21% and if your profit exceeds Rs.50 Lakh, then the sharing of profit is 20% to NJ PMS team. There are Customised commission models also provided by this broking house as per the requirement of the client.
