Adani Green Energy received letter of award for wind project

Adani Green Energy Limited is an Indian renewable energy company. Its headquarter is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Adani Group owns it.

On Monday, Adani Green Energy (AGEL) said their team receives a letter of award for a 300 MW wind power project. It is under a vital and important tender of Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI).

AREHFL is a subsidiary of the AGEL. It participates in that particular tender which is issued by SECI. It set up 1,200 MW ISTS which connects wind power projects (Tranche-X). Under this tender project, it also received the letter of award to set up a 300 MW wind power project.

The fixed tariff for this project capacity is Rs 2.77/kWh. It is for a duration of 25 years according to the statement.

The total renewable capacity of AGEL is now at 15,165 MW. Out of the total, 3,395 MW renewable plants are operational and 11,770 MW projects are under implementation and further process.

It helps in the creation of a most sustainable and renewable ecosystem for transitioning towards a greener and brighter future.
