They have been the distributor of long and flat steel products in the state of Bihar (India) since 1996, with a supportive business model to cater for the efficient and timely dispatch of orders. Also, they deal in various steel products like TMT bars, GI sheets, HR sheets, Wire rods, Galvanized Color Coated sheets, Doors, GP sheets, Pipes, Hollow Sections, Screws and more.
They have an extensive network for distribution for steel products encompassing over 900 dealers. This network serves 29 out of a total of 38 districts in Bihar (Source: CRISIL Report). Their business model focuses on onboarding new dealers in order to increase their presence in Bihar’s untapped districts and cities.

They have in-house logistics support and material handling equipment to support the loading/unloading, cutting, shaping, and resizing of products according to the dealer’s requirements. To facilitate distribution business, they have 4 stockyards, of which one is located at Purnea (Bihar) and three are located in Patna (Bihar) for storage and distribution of steel products received from the primary supplier.
Their stockyards help them to maintain sufficient inventory level to meet the demand across Bihar in optimum time. Their Primary Supplier is one of the leading steel and allied products manufacturers, Their Company has entered into a distributorship agreement with the Primary Supplier for the distribution of steel products which is subject to renewal on a regular basis.
They efficiently navigate the distribution landscape, their distribution arm has significantly contributed to their financial success, generating revenue of ₹2,001.81 Crores in fiscal 2022-23 contributing 99.34% of total revenue and ₹1,374.38 Crores representing 98.54% of the total revenue for the nine-months period ended on December 31, 2023.
